Estelle in ATL for Breast Cancer Awareness

It’s time to think Pink, wear Pink, and love Pink. No it’s not a Victoria Secret ad, just a chance for you to support Breast Awareness. If you are in Atlanta, be ready for a live performance from Estelle on Tuesday Nov. 16. It’s a fundraising event for the renowned Grady Hospital called, “Travel in Pink.”

Travel in Pink” is presented by Delta Airlines and it will take place at the Delta Air Transport Heritage Museum.

I recommend attending the event if you are in the area, not only for the entertainment value and pink cocktails, but to support Grady Health Foundation.

The Grady Health System is one of the nation’s largest public health systems. It has a nationally acclaimed Emergency Care Center, Burn Unit, poison center, teen services, rape crisis center, neonatal intensive care center and a children’s healthcare center. On top of that, Grady’s Infectious Disease Program was named one of the top three HIV/AIDS outpatient clinics in the country.

The money raised for this particular event will go towards Grady’s Comprehensive Breast Center and breast cancer research.

Check the Grady Health Foundation website for more.
