Best Basketball Brawl FIBA World
Basketball: You thought Europe wasn’t tough enough: watch as Serbia and Greece get at it on August 19, 2010 and even had to stop the game at the 2:40 remaining in the game. Serbia Nenad Krstic (also NBA Oklahoma City Thunder – Forward) actually hits a crazed spectator with a chair. This was deemed the worst, most disgraced brawl in the history of FIBA or World Basketball. Two countries, Serbia and Greece, have now created strained relations, and bad blood for future generations. Krstic was suspended three games (World Championships) and first game back, Wednesday Sept 1, 2010, helped Serbia (3-1)edge out Australia and advance to the round of 16; joining undefeated Team USA (4-0) starting Monday, Sept 6, 2010.
